Follow the red numbers in order starting at “My computer” in the start menu to navigate to the device manager, then select the device’s drivers you need to uninstall, update, or reinstall.

How to install device drivers in Microsoft Windows using the Device Manager
If your new, updated device driver files came without an .exe to automatically install the files:
*Click on the “Update Driver” button in the device manager for your device in question.
*Click “no, not this time” in response to having windows automatically search for your drivers.
*Hit “next.”
*Then choose, “Install from a list or specific location,” Hit next.
*Then select, “Don’t search, I will choose the driver I want to install.” Hit next.
*Then hit, “have disk.”
This is where downloading the device driver install files to the desktop comes in handy. Navigate to the file that contains the driver download files, select the file (usually an .inf), then hit next. Follow the on screen prompts.
C:\WINDOWS\system32
