Hurricane Irene Causes Flooding and Wind Damage Across North Eastern Pennsylvania

This video was shot at the Delaware river, 15 miles north of the Delaware Water Gap at the Bushkill access point on Sunday, August 11th around noon time while Irene was passing over us. The river had not reached its crest at this point in time. The boat access was totally inundated, but the rest of the park seems to have received minimal damage.
This video was taken within Saw Creek Estates, in Bushkill PA while Hurricane Irene was dumping water across the region. That waterway is normally a stream, 6 inches to 3 feet deep depending on the season. The water rose over 15 feet to wash over and close the bridge making it unusable.
